- Clean (lightly used) bedding, sheets & towels (Redecorating? donate!)
- Working vacuum/swiffer (maybe you got a new vacuum for a present, donate your old one!)
- Cleaning Products (maybe you have purchased something and didn't like it - donate it!)
- Computers, printers, scanners, office equipment. (They are a business too)
- Filing cabinets, refrigerators (mini & large refrigerators are always in need at animal shelters!!)
- Paper towels, wee-wee pads, surgical gloves, newspapers... so many things that people toss every day can be donated to your local animal shelter!
Another way to help is to build an outdoor shelter for the local feral cat(s). Winters are tough, cold and wet. There are so many examples online of how to build an outdoor shelter. This is just one of them. Purchasing an outdoor shelter can be expensive but you can build one that works just as good for almost nothing! They are super easy too!

Another great way to help is to find a local rescue group that offers a class in TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release). There are so many feral cats, especially in urban areas, who are not fixed and as a result, they naturally breed and more cats are born. TNR can help! This is the local TNR workshop that I have taken. TNR is a great way to help control the pet population in a safe humane way.

Here is a website where a humane, safe TNR trap can be purchased. They are great tools to help control the feral population.
